The Woodrow Wilson Library in Falls Church, VA has been recognized by the American Public Works Association (APWA) as the 2016 APWA Mid-Atlantic Project of the Year in the $5-$25 million category. APWA’s Mid-Atlantic Chapter Awards Program was established to recognize outstanding individuals and groups representing the best achievements in the Public Works profession in the Chapter. The Mid-Atlantic Chapter of APWA advances professional excellence and public understanding through education, advocacy and community stewardship.
