Construction Administrator

Bowie Gridley Architects (BGA) is currently seeking a Construction Administrator with 10+ years’ experience to work on a variety of institutional projects. Candidates should have a professional degree in Architecture or equivalent, preferably with significant experience in the education market. This position requires strong management and organizational skills to interact with a multi-discipline team; the ability to represent BGA in front of owners and contractors during the construction process; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and proficiency with construction administration software (preferably NewForma). Revit proficiency is desirable.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record providing construction administration services on public and private institutional projects; the ability to identify what resources are necessary to be applied to address questions during the construction phase of a project; and sensitivity to the impact of construction decisions on design concepts associated with the project.
