BGA is pleased to announce that the Patsy’s/Randy’s/Best Buns restaurant in Tysons Corner, Virginia has received an Award of Merit from the Northern Virginia Chapter of NAIOP in the Buildings-Retail category. Great American Restaurants’ (GAR) newest restaurant in Northern Virginia features a single building with three venues: Best Buns Bakery, Patsy’s American, and Randy’s Prime Seafood and Steaks. The restaurants and bakery are designed to appear nestled into a repurposed railway station and garden pavilion. Each of the three restaurants have unique interior design features that reflect their different dining experiences. Bowie Gridley Architects and Streetsense collaborated on the design of the project, with Forrester Construction serving as the general contractor.
