Bowie Gridley Architects is currently seeking applicants for the position of Project Architect.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as project team leader with primary responsibility for developing and delivering project documents through all phases.

• Lead and manage a collaborative team including project staff and consultants from schematic design through construction administration.
• Prepare project specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS
5 – 10 years’ experience required, preferably in a firm specializing in educational architecture.

• Licensed Architect.
• Professional Degree in Architecture.
• Strong management and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate and lead a multi-discipline team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Revit proficiency required. Sketch Up and PowerPoint proficiency desirable.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Understanding of all phases of design including knowledge of building systems, materials and products.
