Bowie Gridley Architects proudly announces that  Kevin F. Moran, LEED AP, has received the 2010 Emerging Architect of the Year Award, presented by the DC Chapter of the American Institute of Architects in recognition his continuous participation in the Architecture in Schools Program.   He has participated in the program since 2007 and served as Coordinator of BGA Team professionals who participated in the program during the 2009-10 school year.

Each year the chapter honors an emerging architect who has made a significant contribution to the profession at an early stage in his or her career. The celebrated work can be design-oriented, or service to the AIA or larger community. The recipient is honored at the Chapter’s Annual Awards Gala held in the fall each year.
